    How it works

    Three steps, no cost

    1. 1

      Get a key

Every order in the shop comes with a license key. It starts with VERA.

    2. 2

      Pick a case

Open a case to see every prize, its odds and how many are left. Easy cases win more often; rare cases win bigger prizes.

    3. 3

      Open and claim

Win a prize and its coupon code is yours right away. Use it at checkout.

Provably fair, and you can check it

Before your case opens, the server shows you a locked code that fixes its secret. Your browser then adds its own random number. The result comes from both, so neither side can steer it. After the open, the secret is revealed and this page re-checks the result for you.

Every prize keeps the same odds it has on the Rewards wheel, and whatever is left over is "no prize". A case never gives out more than the wheel does.

How many cases can I open?

One per license key. A key opens one case or one wheel spin, whichever you use it on first. Every new order brings a new key.

    Does it cost anything?

No. Cases are opened with the key from an order you already made. Nothing here costs money or credits, and prizes have no cash value.

    What does Demo do?

Demo spins the reel with the real odds, but nothing is won and your key is not used. Try any case as often as you like.

What if my key says it was already used?

Each key opens one thing, one time. If it was already used on the wheel or a case, you see that same result again with its proof. It never re-rolls.

How do I claim my prize?

Copy the code. For a free product, add that product to your cart. For a discount, shop as normal. Then enter the code in the coupon box at checkout. The code is also saved on this device.

    Can prizes run out?

Yes. Products and the big discounts are limited. When one runs out it shows "Sold out" and leaves every case and the wheel until it is restocked.

    Which case should I pick?

Want a discount? Pick the Discount Case. Want a certain kind of product? Pick the Scripts, Executors or Externals case; each holds only that kind. Want the best chance to win anything? Pick the Starter Case. The Grand Case has every prize, with the same odds as the wheel.

    What is Safe Play?

Tools to keep cases fun: limits on how many keys you use per day, week or month, breaks from 24 hours to 6 months, time reminders and a history of your opens. Limits count case opens and wheel spins together.

Can I end a break early or raise a limit?

No. A break runs until its end time, and raising or removing a limit takes 24 hours (lowering one works at once). Safe Play is saved in this browser, so it applies on this device.
