What do these mean?

What does a number like 412 ms mean?

“ms” is short for milliseconds, thousandths of a second. 412 ms is a bit under half a second, which feels instant. Under 0.6 seconds is Fast, under 1.5 seconds is Good, and past 3 seconds you would really notice the wait.

Why might my numbers differ from someone else's?

Everything is timed from your own browser, so your location, Wi-Fi or mobile data, and any VPN all count. That is the point: it is the speed you actually get. Look at a few refreshes rather than a single one.

What do Operational, Slower than usual, Not working and Paused mean?

Operational is working normally. Slower than usual is working but answering slowly. Not working is not answering right now. Paused is switched off on purpose, for example while we update it. Not measured means we could not test that one from your browser just now, which is not a problem with the store.

Everything is green but something is not working for me

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), switch off any VPN or ad blocker for a moment, and try again. Still stuck? Message us on Discord with your order ID and we will sort it out.

Does this page store anything about me?

No. The tests run in your browser and only talk to veranity.cc and our own order service. The results disappear when you close the page.
