Please read and agree to every rule below before withdrawing Credits or opening a ticket.
Credits
How Credits are issued and what they are worth.

Credits are issued at a fixed rate of $1 USD = 1 Credit (1C). A completed order is worth its USD value in Credits.

Credits can only be withdrawn once the order has been paid in full and marked completed. Pending, unpaid and refunded orders cannot be redeemed.

Each order can be redeemed once, for its full value. Orders cannot be split or partially withdrawn.

Credits are withdrawn as Bitcoin (BTC) or Litecoin (LTC), using the Order ID from your receipt.
Fees & payouts
What is deducted, and how the amount you receive is worked out.

A flat fee of $5 or $10, depending on the payment method you used (see the rate cards), is deducted from the order value. The remainder is paid out in crypto.

The minimum payout is $10 after the fee. In practice, an order needs to be worth at least $15 with a $5 fee, or $20 with a $10 fee.

The crypto amount is calculated at the live market rate when you submit your redemption. The quote shown beforehand is an estimate and may differ slightly; once submitted, your amount no longer changes.

Crypto sending (network) fees are deducted from the final amount you receive.

Payouts are reviewed and sent manually by our team. They are not instant, but are usually quick, and you can follow every payout with Track Transaction.
Wallets & security
Your wallet address is your responsibility.

Double-check your wallet address before you submit. We validate its format, but a payout sent to a valid address cannot be reversed or recovered.

Only use a wallet address that matches the coin you selected: a Bitcoin address for BTC, a Litecoin address for LTC.

All funds must be legitimately obtained. We may refuse or cancel any order or exchange that appears fraudulent or illegitimate.
Direct exchanges (ticket)
Exchanges handled in a Discord ticket follow these rules in addition to the ones above.

We will not go first under any circumstance. If you do not feel comfortable sending funds to us first, we will use any trusted middleman (MM) — we will never refuse one.

When you send us crypto, we release your payout once your transaction has reached a sufficient number of network confirmations.

PayPal payments must be sent from your PayPal balance (or Wallet), not from a linked bank account or card.

We reserve the right to decline any deal before it starts, without stating a reason.

What are Credits?
Credits are how you turn any supported payment method into crypto without opening a ticket. You buy Credits in our store, then withdraw them as Bitcoin or Litecoin on this page. One Credit (1C) is always worth $1 USD.
How do I turn my money into Credits?
Buy the Credits product in our store and pay with any method listed in the rates above. When your payment is confirmed and the order is marked completed, the order is worth its USD value in Credits, so a $50 order is 50C.
How much is one Credit worth?
Exactly $1 USD (1C = $1). A Credit never changes in value. How much Bitcoin or Litecoin it buys depends on the live market rate at the moment you withdraw.
Where do I find my Order ID?
On your Credits receipt: the success page shown after checkout and the confirmation e-mail. It is the same Order ID you would use to leave a review.
How do I withdraw my Credits?
Go to the Redeem Credits box at the top of this page. Paste your Order ID, choose Bitcoin or Litecoin, paste your wallet address and check the quote, then press Exchange Now. You will get a reference code to track your payout.
Why is the amount lower than what I paid?
A flat fee of $5 or $10 is deducted from the order value, depending on the payment method you used (shown on each rate card). Network fees for sending the crypto are also deducted. Example: a $100 PayPal order is 100C, minus the $5 fee leaves $95, which is paid out in crypto at the live rate.
Is there a minimum amount?
Yes. The payout must be at least $10 after the fee. That means an order of at least $15 for payment methods with a $5 fee, or at least $20 for payment methods with a $10 fee.
Which exchange rate is used?
The live market rate, taken from several major exchanges, at the moment you submit your redemption. The quote you see first is an estimate. After you submit, the amount you will receive is fixed and does not change.
How long does a payout take?
Payouts are reviewed and sent by our team, so they are not instant, but they are usually quick. Press Track Transaction on the confirmation screen to watch the status change from Received to Broadcast to Confirmed.
How do I track my payout?
Use Track Transaction on the confirmation screen, or press Track Transaction Status in the Redeem Credits box and enter your reference code. Once the payment is on the network you will also see its transaction ID with a link to the blockchain explorer.
Can I withdraw part of an order, or use an order twice?
No. Each order can be redeemed once and for its full value, so it cannot be split or reused. If you need a different amount, buy a Credits order of that size.
Why was my redemption rejected?
The most common reasons: the order is not paid or completed yet, it was refunded, it is not a Credits order, it has already been redeemed, the payout would be under the $10 minimum after the fee, or the wallet address is not valid for the coin you chose. If none of these fit, open a ticket and we will check it for you.
I entered the wrong wallet address. What do I do?
Open a ticket in our Discord right away with your reference code. If your payout has not been sent yet we may be able to correct it. Once crypto has been sent it cannot be reversed, which is why we ask you to check your address carefully.
Can I exchange something else, or use a middleman?
Yes. For other coins, larger amounts, gift cards or a trusted middleman, open a ticket in our Discord. Direct exchanges follow the rules above: we never go first, and a trusted MM is always welcome.
