    • Some items may require manual delivery, which can take up to 24 hours depending on availability.
    • Ensure your provided details (e.g., Discord, Roblox username, or email) are accurate — we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.
  3. License & Usage
    • All digital products sold on veranity.cc are for personal or resell use, unless specifically restricted.
    • You may resell purchased items, provided they are delivered as received and not modified, tampered, or duplicated beyond intended use.
    • Leaking or redistributing products for free or without authorization is strictly prohibited.
    • We reserve the right to revoke access or licenses in case of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  5. Support
    • Customer support is provided exclusively through our Discord & Email.
    • Response times may vary depending on queue and time zones.
    • Support does not include customization, setup assistance, or third-party troubleshooting, unless otherwise stated.
  7. Refund Policy
    • No refunds will be issued for successfully delivered digital goods.
    • Refunds or replacements are only offered if — (1) the product is defective or inaccessible, and (2) the issue is reported within 1 hour of purchase.
    • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate account suspension and blacklisting from future purchases.
    • Refunds for out-of-stock products are automatically credited to your customer balance when applicable.
  9. Responsibility

    • veranity.cc is not liable for loss of access due to third-party interference or customer negligence.
  11. Liability
    • We are not responsible for misuse of our products or any actions taken with them.
    • All items are sold as-is, and we make no guarantees regarding performance or compatibility beyond what’s stated on the product page.
